What is Integral Sound Healing?

Integral Sound Healing is a powerful process which balances body, mind and spirit. It was developed by the Sound Healing Academy (formerly The Colour of Sound) and is a blend of modern scientific research, ancient wisdom, art and music therapy.

 

1 to 1 Sessions

During a 1 to 1 session, Morag carries out a detailed consultation discussing your current state of physical, mental and emotional health. You will have the chance to discuss any current challenges, what you would like to achieve and set a positive intention for healing.

 

Ways to Experience Integral Sound Healing

1: 1 to 1 session lasting from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.

2: Group sessions called Sound Journeys, Sound Baths or Gong Baths

3: Online via a platform such as Zoom

4: Learn to use sound yourself 

Sound Healing Instruments

Morag has carefully assembled a large collection of beautiful sound healing instruments. For your individual or group session she will select what instruments are appropriate for your current challenges. You are also free to select a favourite instrument.
