I’m delighted to be invited back to Stewarton by Caron Jones for a whole day of sound. In the morning we will have an energising drumming circle to destress and raise our feelgood hormones. We will be working with Shamanic frame drums. I have enough for everyone but if you have a favourite drum, you are welcome to bring your own.

We will share lunch together then in the afternoon we will have a sharing circle where we will set our positive intentions together for Spring, choose some cards to receive guidance and then relax with a nurturing sound bath.

A sound bath is a chance to experience deep feelings of relaxation. It will enable your body to be lulled into a deep meditative state. The instruments will include Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Koshi Chimes, Percussion, Shamanic Drum and Healing Voice. It will simply involve sitting or lying down (depending on your physical abilities and level of comfort) and receiving the sound and vibrations from various beautiful instruments. The sounds will be gentle and relaxing allowing your body the chance to really let go. This enables the body’s natural healing capacities to be activated.

Drums, teas and snacks will be supplied. Please bring your own lunch, mats, pillows and blankets. There are also chairs available for anyone unable to lie on the floor.

Please make me aware if you have any health conditions that may be affected by drumming or sound. These include pacemakers, defibrillators, stents, first trimester of pregnancy, bipolar disorder, psychosis. Drumming or a sound bath should not be undertaken under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

No refunds given but if you are unable to attend you may transfer your ticket to a friend.
